WTEC is highly experienced in creating custom parts through a variety of shaping processes to meet the unique requirements of your project.
Shaping can involve the molding or casting of metals, including aluminum, zinc, magnesium, iron, steel, and bronze. Our primary processes include die casting, investment casting, permanent mold casting and sand casting.
Secondary processes include machining, painting, plating, welding, and assembly. We make assemblies and components that range in size from a miniature machined part that weighs a few grams to sand castings that weigh several tons.
We also offer a variety of methods to shape plastic parts, including injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, and rotational molding.
Common shaping processes we use include:
» CNC Turning
» CNC Milling
» Screw Machining
» Forging Stamping
» Wire forming
» Tube Bending
» Powdered Metal
